Founded in June 2006, Hukama, is more than just a training and development organisation; we are the catalyst for personal, community and organisational transformation. Our name Hukama is a Shona word meaning relatedness between persons or people. As an organisation, we provide the opportunity for people to build this connectedness through training, coaching and facilitation to help individuals, communities and organisations to thrive.
